The convenience of disposables has made them a predominant choice in the vape market. Yet, many of these products lack proper authorization, leaving consumers with few reliable options. Furthermore, their flashy colors and exaggerated flavors are deliberately designed to appeal to the younger demographic, a strategy that starkly contrasts with BAT's core values of sustainability and responsibility. So in this project, our aim is to craft trusted products that celebrate the delight and convenience of disposables in a responsible and sustainable way.

This design features a modular approach, separating the device into a cartridge and a battery. When not in use, the battery ingeniously doubles as a protective cap for the mouthpiece, ensuring hygiene. With a rechargeable battery and the option for users to buy individual cartridge modules, it supports both sustainability and extended product life.
This design features a minimalistic and geometric form. The mouthpiece retracts through a simple and satisfying sliding mechanism. The vertical texture on the main body, along with the horizontal texture on the slider, not only indicates the interaction but also creates a distinctive and unique appearance. The extrusion body is crafted from recycled aluminum, which provides premium quality.
The logo component serves as a snap to assemble the bottom cap and the main body. Upon opening the cap, you can retrieve the battery for recycling.
